Dr Stenersen spent the time needed to fully understand all my issues. She answered all my questions in a caring and empathetic way. I feel confident that she will give me the advice and direction I need to stay healthy and independent. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an excellent primary care physician.
Although Dr. Stenersen is extremely kind, when I or my husband would request a simple referral for a specialty concerning orthopedic problems or dermatology that she wasn’t sure on, she would simply refuse to refer us - Insisting we try things we have already tried and drag out the process of a proper diagnosis quickly. I was an RN for 10 years - and definitely know when it’s time for a referral.
