Meghan is truly gifted. I have had reiki, massage, and craniosacral therapy/release with her. She exudes calm, healing energy from the moment she walks in the door. She explores what modalities of treatment would be most beneficial based on the body you show up in that day.
I’ve had a couple of cranial sacral sessions with Meghan and they have been super helpful for my TMJ! Meghan actually put her hands in my mouth to release these areas of tension. I left with much more ease and relaxation in my jaws. Not to mention the rest of the session was incredibly relaxing and nurturing for my whole body.
