Love Dr McGovern and her staff.
Dr. McGovern explains procedures and recommends treatment that is best suited for you and helps you understand why. Rather than just doing a treatment profile, leaving you with questions, she sits and explains in detail how a particular procedure works for your body better versus another. I was very impressed with her and the entire staff. I felt very comfortable talking with her.
I went to Dr. McGovern for a consult and felt like she and her staff dismissed me and spoke down to me. She actually said "you don't want that", and although I understand she is the expert, there is a better way to deliver information like that. She made me feel like my opinion didn't matter and what I "wanted" was irrational.
