I went to Dr. McGovern for a consult and felt like she and her staff dismissed me and spoke down to me. She actually said "you don't want that", and although I understand she is the expert, there is a better way to deliver information like that. She made me feel like my opinion didn't matter and what I "wanted" was irrational.
