The habana location customer service is non existent. Called & put thru automation hell. No one answers any phone line or extension. IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. Frustrating ! Find a MD specializing in infectious diseases & go there. Sad since the MD’s practicing there are know for quality care. Pat D
My overall experience with iDatb was poor at best. There were mistakes made in the administration of my cure for hep c. At $80000 a treatment I would expect a less cavalier attitude. I wanted to drop them for a better doctor but they refused to release my records, and labs to my GP! They insisted that I set up an appointment to facilitate the transfer of aforementioned records, whatever the hell that means. Worst, a Dr mia handled my case while I was last in the hospital.
