For such a concerning diagnosis, I was reassured and treated with compassion, understanding and professionalism. I am grateful that I was referred to this doctor and place. Everyone was wonderful. It’s refreshing to receive excellent customer service.
This is the Dr you want to see when you get the diagnosis no one wants. Open empathetic discussion of best case and worst case scenarios. Happy to have her on my side of this fight. Will update if anything changes.
Dr. Hansen has been a blessing as I’ve navigated breast cancer this year!! She is able to explain things clearly, which made decision making easier. I have never felt rushed at appointments. She doesn’t give false hope, but is encouraging. She did a fantastic job on my mastectomy. She is detailed oriented. I would recommend her over and over!
I really liked the staff and Dr Hansen. I was extremely angry about various things surrounding my diagnosis and they made me feel seen and heard. I appreciate the knowledge they have and how they explained my steps going forward. I feel good and confident in my future
