Negligent, careless, ineffective. Poor follow through and attention to detail. This person doesn’t care about her patients and her office staff was standoffish and defensive rather than helpful and empathetic when we requested a referral for care elsewhere. Such a terrible experience on top of the health issues we are already dealing with. Her lack of attention set us backwards. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this doctor and staff.
Was one of the best medical experiences of my life. From the minute my nurse Carleton took me back for the prep for my colonoscopy ....I felt like I was in great hands. Extremely friendly...professional and caring. I felt well taken care of.
Dr Gilroy refused to review my previous notes and diagnostics from another provider, refused to do more than steroids for 8 months to assist with my crohns, and refused to believe my gallbladder was upset. I started to itch with cholestasis symptoms and instead of believing or listening to her patient she told me to go buy a nice lotion and blamed meds I had been on for months.
