The woman who answered the phone this morning named Rachel was quite rude and didn’t seem to have much patience to listen to what I had to say when she asked me what I needed to be seen for. She cut me off mid sentence and then told me they couldn’t see me for a month and when I said I was in pain and was concerned about my IUD she told me to go to the ER. Have more patience when it comes to your clients. I feel a secretary at a woman’s facility specifically should be more empathetic.
She’s very rude and has no sympathy for her patients. I’m perfectly fine with an honest doctor but the way she talks to you is very degrading and makes you feel like a terrible person. She’s very judgmental and her giving you “advice” consists of her acting like you’re a terrible or disgusting person. If you’re working with clients ESPECIALLY pregnant women there’s no reason you should be making them feel like a terrible person. Dr. Foote is truly an amazing doctor. She listens to her patients. She is willing to go above and beyond to make sure her patients get the care they need. I have followed her through multiple hospitals and would continue to follow her. I also love that when you call her office you actually talk to her nurses not an automated system. Between my mother and I we have been with her for 20+ years.
Dr. Foote really takes her time with you, she listens and has offered me wonderful advise !
