My experience today was amazing. The check in process was easy. I did need some help with one question. The staff at the desk resolved the issue quickly. After a short wait I saw Dr Bishop, who explained everything to me and gave me and a painless cortisone injection. This was the 2nd time I saw her. I highly recommend Dr Bishop and Rothman.
The doctor was very thorough explained the options available due to the complication of my condition. The front office could benefit from having someone ask the patients if they understand the kiosh and do they need assistance, there are people that are not able to navigate kiosh.
