My dog Lucy cane to NVS and ended up having surgery to remove her eye. Thank you to EVERYONE who took care of her, and me, through this difficult situation
The staff was especially caring. They diagnosed my dog’s illness and treated her. They also explained her condition and meds at great length.
I took my 19 yr old cat for a consultation with the cardiologist, Dr Rucinski. She took care of another cat of mine and helped me have 4 months additional time with him. She is so compassionate, very down to earth, and explains things so that I could clearly understand the situation with my cat. All of the staff is friendly and professional.
We raced through the door with our 10 month old kitty who was very sick in an instant! They took us right in with compassion, empathy and kindness! Our heartfelt thanks to the Dr and staff for all that you did! True Angels Among Us
