I called scheduling the day before Thanksgiving to make an appointment to be seen in Daleville. When I arrived at scheduled time, turns out my appointment had been made in Dothan! The receptionist, Cathy (sp) was wonderful! She canceled my appointment there, and had me seen in Daleville by CRNP Meghan Cole for same appointment time. She and the medical professional who took my vitals and updated my patient profile were wonderful and kind!
