Thank you to the lovely hairdresser that looked after me today( sorry I forgot to ask your name). I had received a dreadful haircut from somewhere else and was very upset. She saw me at short notice and spent quite a bit of time recutting my hair and fixing the chaos. She did a wonderful job and was so kind, caring and understanding. Thank you for everything you did for me today. Rest assured I will "pay it forward"!
Rude from the moment I walked in, waited 35 minutes after my appointment Time for a simple hair cut and then was told they’d be another 10 or so. Waste of my time!
For all the "curly hair sisters" out there I have finally found an amazing hairdresser who knows all about curls! Thank you Grace! I left feeling amazing and my hair is behaving extremely well with all your curly advice! :) :)
Meggra are absolutely fantastic so happy with my hair Grace is awesome and such a lovely person all staff made you feel wonderful. I have not been to a hairdresser for years and was a bit nervous but Grace did an amazing style and made sure you were comfortable with everything she was doing. I highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be going back. I guarantee you will come out feeling so good about your hair.
I'll start off by saying that I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment because of a late taxi so this definitely impacted my service. When I called to let the team know I was running late i was told they could no longer fit me in. I was disappointed but was fine to reschedule. Since i was already half way there and paying for a taxi i said I'd reschedule in person.
