The Technical support is unresponsive, slow and don't seem to care about servicing their clients. I had a repair it took forever for them to tell me they received it, took weeks of me checking in to find out the status, then they tell me there's nothing wrong with it! Getting it back took forever, they weren't responding to emails, I had to call multiple times. I get it back and... the same problem. Literally right out of the box. Honestly it's under warranty but I do not trust them at all! Will never use them again.
I wouldn’t suggest hiring or working with employees from the facility. On countless occasions I am cut off and or passed at the stop sign out front of their new building in Phoenixville. They don’t even attempt to stop! Recently it happened in the rain at 5:45 am and when I asked the female employee “Did I do something wrong?”, she responded rudely and unprofessionally.
