They have you on hold for a very long time no matter what time you call the office. 12mins, 15mins.
Impossible to just call the office and talk to anyone. On hold now for forty minutes. Can’t even get things done in the app messenger. Ridiculous. I’ve never seen an office operated so badly. Cannot get ahold of anyone ever
