Impossible to just call the office and talk to anyone. On hold now for forty minutes. Can’t even get things done in the app messenger. Ridiculous. I’ve never seen an office operated so badly. Cannot get ahold of anyone ever
I highly recommend Dr. Dempewolf. She really listens and seems knowledgeable about your concerns.
Be warned… If you go in for a physical and take any medications that you need refills for get ready to be billed twice. You will be billed for not only a physical (which most insurances cover 100%), but also billed for a chronic Illness. Apparently thyroid medication that I have taken for 7+ years (is in my file so nothing new) and at the same dosage equals a chronic illness. Her nurse will lie and say it wasn’t billed as that, but I had that confirmed twice by the billing department as that is what their notes from the offi... read more
Dr. Dempewolf was absolutely incredible!! Listened to EVERY concern I had. She was so sweet, and took her time to consider every possibility. Very grateful I got to meet her and express my concerns to her!
