This office looks and feels efficient . From the time I check in/out to getting labs to my visit with Dr.Bauer. This is one of smoothest and friendliest offices I’ve ever been to. although there are times when they are running behind, overall I usually get right into my appointment. Dr Bauer is efficient and straightforward (which is my preference ). She takes time and care to listen to me and we decide on my care together.
Dr Bauer went above and beyond. She followed up with the lab after hours and called me personally to discuss the results.
