Great company and employees, superior construction and attention to detail
stay away
This company does not pay their subcontractors. Do not work with this company. We paved a Bank of America parking lot for them in Colorado and they have not paid a dime of our $85,000 contract. We are filing a lien on the property.
We were subcontracted by this contractor to build a Bank of America in Colorado and we have not been paid for over 90 days. There is no communication what so ever about our payment. We would recommend never subcontracting under this company ever if you are a subcontractor. If you are an owner looking to hire this firm, know that you will likely deal with the headache of a lien on your property.
