My home was built from the ground up (not a rehab, mobile, manufactured, etc.) and Megee was contracted to do HVAC and plumbing. I've had problems with EVERYTHING they installed. They "didn't charge" the air conditioner, so when I tried to use it the first time, it was useless and they had no choice but to come fix their error for free. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I scheduled a furnace tune up for 10/19/23 a month in advance. The morning of my appointment they left me a voicemail cancelling. After leaving countless voicemails trying to reschedule and never getting a response. I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Air Temp Solutions has been my family's saving grace. Answered the phone on the second, got me scheduled two weeks out, and now has a forever customer.
Howard (Bobby) did an outstanding job. He was thorough and explained everything that he was going to do and ultimately did. We live in an older home, and the electrical component was the only thing we hadn't checked. Glad we did; Because of his work, we now are assured that our electric is up to code and safe. Highly recommend!!!!
Called them on a Monday about an AC blower not running. They couldnt send someone out until Wednesday. Guy shows up, turned the system on, touched the motor, burner his hand. Then he says you need a new blower motor. That's what I told your folks on the phone when I called. I want to know why it failed at only three years old. He didn't look for any cause of failure. He says your in luck it's a carrier unit and the motor is under warranty so it will only cost you 700 dollars. I asked how that made sense and He says..quote "t... read more
