I like it self serve diy car wash is what I prefer over automated to get tough spots and really clean for people that use the brushes for heavy residual dirt best practice is to clean the brush with the pressure washer first or bring your own rags or wash mit pressure is better than decent compared to other self serves they are also cheaper and they keep it open basically all year even in the winter great for a quick spray off after snow and getting the melt chemicals and salt from the underbody and paint

Change of management?- NOT GOOD. I’ve been a semi-regular/monthly customer for 4 years and this place has gone down the toilet. I’m ok with price increases because everything has been going up , and I have spent Thousands of $ at Mega Wash on washes with this business between the wash and tips for a big truck. But asking me if I want to wash the sides of the truck for an up-charge and not just the front and back is stupidity. Just raise the price if you need to. Cars look good until they dry and you see everything left behind. Waste of money and if you ask for refund manager tries everything to not give you one wasting more my time like its a good idea keep blasting cars at high pressure with more soaps because it didn't work the first time. Self serve bay is no better everyone uses the scrub brush on wheels so there is always grit inside them
