Don’t wanna miss the beautiful townhomes here
I own TWO properties with Megatel - One at Gables at Ohio and Wade Settlement. These builders are absolutely TERRIBLE. These homes are poorly built, crooked walls, cheap fixtures, horrible cheap paint that chips off (I had to get both homes repainted!), exposed screws and sheet rock, cracks in the sheet rock, carpets are poorly placed, attic doors are poorly built, upper floors make extreme loud cracks everywhere, garage door trim is falling apart, caulking around the showers are sloppy and they used the wrong color, our bat... read more
