Buyer Beware — Once They Have Your Money, You’re No Longer a Priority. Getting a response from this company was nearly impossible. We sent multiple emails starting in April, with no reply until mid-May — despite consistent, polite follow-ups. Prior outreach often went ignored or required several attempts just to get a basic answer. The builder's construction quality did not meet expectations. There were discrepancies between the advertised and final pricing. Obtaining warranty support after closing was challenging, and several issues, such as water and air leaks, were observed post-closing. I wouldn't recommend this builder and their lagoon is a joke as it is in construction from 2022.
