Corsha Devis in the sales office has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I recently closed on a property in this community, and she went above and beyond to make everything smooth. Corsha was incredibly communicative and promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development stage — thank you again Corsha !!
In my opinion, Megatel Homes Sicily stands out as the top builder, far surpassing D.R. Horton. A big shoutout to Katie Irland and Corsha Davis for being incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Megatel Homes Sicily and Katie & Corsha as your sales consultants.
Not good, they closed house and no internet cable no usps address to deliver mails. Many issues reported but no one coming to check. Worst builder… avoid this sicily In addition, its new house and just one month to close and observed one hole in door.. raised complaints and they are saying its not covered in warranty. This is what they are building 😒 Update- i sent email on provided email id.. no one responded. Its as usual -1 star rate
Horrible, cheaply made homes going for half a million. NO THANK YOU, also lots of investors, do your research.
