I had a wonderful experience touring Megatel Homes at Saint Tropez in Huffman! The homes are beautiful, with excellent pricing and great incentives available for buyers. This is a fantastic community, and it's the only builder I’ve encountered offering a 2.99% rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage, along with several other excellent incentives! Cristina Andrade was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and is clearly very knowledgeable about both the homes and the community. She is personable, warm and professional. I will definitely be bringing my clients here, as I see clear value in their quality of construction and unique incentive packages! 10/10!

I enjoyed my experience with Megatel Homes. I’ve visited a few different builders, but this was the first one I’ve come across that was offering a fixed rate of 2.99 for 30 years. The community is beautiful. Cristina Andrade took the time to walk me through the process and was very patient answering all my questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable and made this process easier for me.
