No club house, no gym, no swimming pool, no any other facilities. No nearby trails, no park, not even a dog park or walking area. Just a few townhomes around a super busy 6 lane road with lots of traffic noise day and night. Poor quality construction with settling signs showing with in an year. $300 per month HOA !! .. and owner takes care of almost everything. The rooftop deck and all other areas, all roof mounted attachments, foundations as well as all exterior of the townhomes are owner's responsibility !!
