I asked my loan officer about what kinds of rates I should be getting. Jackson refused to tell me anything until it was time to sign. Luckily, I thought something wasn't right and I refused the deal. Later I found that if your lender won't talk to you about rates then "RUN!!!." I no longer trust this company and you shouldn't either. Thank you for your time. It's all cool for them to take money for a loan but when you have them do an audit on property taxes for veteran exclusions they don't do it on time to save you money. Come on guys be cooler if we could stick to our word and have stuff done on time, keep your word to veterans would even be cooler. That's all. Could be better with servicing customers, otherwise the agents/lender Scott does a good job getting their stuff taken care of.
Luke Carrier was the best lender I could of asked for. Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick response time and willing to work with you no matter what. I received this referral from some of my family members because they had a great experience with him as well. Megastar is a great company and will get you in a home. Can’t wait to work with him again when I refinance.
