I’m beyond disappointed with the way I was treated by this business. I trusted them to do right by me and my vehicle, and instead I was met with deflection, blame, and disrespect from the start. Before my car even came here, it was looked at by another shop that had already found the issue. But despite that, this shop tried to convince me there were transmission problems, even saying there was only a 50/50 chance the car would run. Then they damaged my A/C line — the A/C was working perfectly before it went in. Now my vehicle has no air conditioning, and they’ve had it for over a month.
