Great customer service and my shower looks fantastic. Also well priced compared to other quotes received. Highly recommended.
Quality of work was good but the staff/ workers do not precisely pinpoint the issue of your bathroom. My experience proved to be very costly because i was told by their worker named Ryan, that my wall leak through my hallway and laundry was being caused by the worn out shower grout, during his inspection. Ryan went on to encourage me to book in the job as it would resolve my wall leak. The best bit about using Megasealed, aside from the quality of the job and the reasonable pricing, is how quickly they turned the job around. From the initial quote to the tradesman John turning up to complete the job, it was only one week. We had our shower and floor grouting replaced, very happy with the finished look.
