Office does not pick up the phone. When picked up, they advise need to be transferred to North Sydney office, who then go straight to voice mail. Their call centre team says they will schedule a call back as soon as possible, however are unable to confirm a timeframe. We have a shower leak that needs to be fixed and Megasealed have been dragging on delaying fixing their faulty work for one month.
