DO NOT USE!! After engaging Megasealed to do a small shower renovation and water proofing, the companies Operations Manager breached the contract three times with a day of starting the job. The works did not meet Australian Standards, and were non compliant which will now cost me a lot more money to demolish their works and reconstruct. AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS!! Very happy with the service that I received from Megasealed. The quality of their work and customer service is excellent and I am very impressed by their after sale support. Ian is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I will definitely use Megasealed again for work that I need done in the future.
Job was done but need some minor issues corrected. Came out and looked and took photos. No contact after that. Sent them an email listing the problems and still no response. Would like the job finished correctly. Who puts black pop rivets into a stainless steel shower screen which was only 6 months old? Just because they ran out....Large amount of Silastik used to seal the new screen back on the wall - looks hideous. Silastik on the floor outside the shower needs to be removed. Megasealed NSW south coast. Unprofessional, deceptive, one of the most frustrating tradie experiences ive had. What they advertise and what they deliver are total opposite. Dont bother complaining, they dont respond. Do yourself a favour and just hire a tiler in the first place....
Replaced shower floor and only 1 row of wall tiles and DID NOT l repeat DID NOT WATERPROOF. Take photos of their work every few minutes. Before they grouted l could see timber wall studs, l have photos of it. I am 67 year old female and l believe l was ripped off by this no company.Megasealed was recommended by my building inspector and just read another post saying almost the same thing, l am now wondering if they might be all related ( family) just wondering. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
