Megasealed – Job involved re-grouting & sealing old floor tiles in 2 bathrooms (1 also replacing shattered shower screen), sealing around taps, waste grate etc. Starting with the quote by Sonya Sarkissian, to Kale dealing with shower screen and then Damien whose expertise and professionalism was exceptional (as the work involved all repairs, regrouting and sealing all shower areas in 2 bathrooms which were very old). We’ve had a good experience with Megasealed on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Sonia was punctual & efficient at the quote stage and Damien, the tradesman was friendly, polite, and he left everything super clean and tidy. But most importantly, it was a very professional job - he successfully sealed the bathrooms and they look great! I crawled under the floor again this morning to check for leaks and was delighted to find everything dry!
Had a good experience from begining to end. The consultant was on time and very helpful. She has 20 plus years of experience in leaking bathroom solutions. The technition was also on time and very efficient. He completed my re grout in side a day and left absolutly no mess. I am so pleased i didnt go with the advice to rip out my entire bathroom. The leak is fixed using Megasealed apoxy grout water proof system at a fraction of the cost!
Just had my shower regrouted with Megasealed North Shore and Northern Beaches and couldn't have had a better experience! The team at Megasealed were very knowledgeable and professional and the tradie was very pleasant and respectful and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend!!
Very disappointed with our experience with the team at Artarmon and wouldn't recommend. Main complaints would be the poor advice that was given, shoddy workmanship that required three visits to correct and still isn't as it should be, mess that was left and a keener interest in being paid than resolving a very bad job. I would never use these people again.
