Judy Meney/Noel Gregory In February we had Ramond regrout our shower cubicles & we couldn’t be happier with him. His entire presentation could noṯ be faulted. He arrived within the agreed time, was pleasant to deal with and importantly successfully completed his task. We strongly recommended Ramond.
Suspect we were unfortunate to get an inexperienced & careless "tiler" who did no testing to see if removal of insitu grout would rip up the edges of the tiles, which it did. The business blamed this on the fragility of the tiles despite their own senior tiler saying they weren't. Megasealed's solution was to leave it or they could replace the tiles at our cost since the tile was "the problem".
