Disappointed with the level of follow up & customer service from Megasealed. The initial quote went well with Mitchell who was polite to deal with (no longer with them, maybe we know why now), then trying to make contact after that or get some answers post quote was terrible as we needed to wait for a leak detection to occur. We were keen to proceed but gave up and went elsewhere with poor service from the office where I rang twice on 2 separate days and got no return phone call from Anthony (manager) who was apparently then... read more
Their workmanship was definitely up to my standard and it made a big difference to my ensuite! All of the staff were very friendly and any issues I had, they made sure to reach out to resolve.
Poor service
terrible, the product failed after only 3 years, gave some ridiculous excused why its not covered under warranty. The owner zoomed into the corners of my roof showing a small crack which meant the earth shifted causing grout in the shower to fail. Dont waste your money with megafail.
I do not recommend this company. Terrible quality work and horrible customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could..
