Nothing but positive things to say about Megaseal and the whole process. Belinda did a fantastic job regrouting our old ensuite shower. Lovely person who was on time and respectful of our space. Did a great job cleaning up too! Would highly recommend Megasealed and Belinda.

Disappointed with the level of follow up & customer service from Megasealed. The initial quote went well with Mitchell who was polite to deal with (no longer with them, maybe we know why now), then trying to make contact after that or get some answers post quote was terrible as we needed to wait for a leak detection to occur. We were keen to proceed but gave up and went elsewhere with poor service from the office where I rang twice on 2 separate days and got no return phone call from Anthony (manager) who was apparently then... read more
Their workmanship was definitely up to my standard and it made a big difference to my ensuite! All of the staff were very friendly and any issues I had, they made sure to reach out to resolve.
