I too have been stung by these unscrupulous builders and have been left with an investment that is falling apart. The property is called Evoque, and it is in Mount Pleasant. And apparently nothing can be done as they went out of business and can't be taken to court? Stay away, stay well away. If you have any doubts about what I am saying, go and take a drive to this apartment block at 36 Moolyeen Road in Mount Pleasant and look at the state of the place. It looks 25 years old, not 6.
