Had my 4runner headunit installed here and he charged me $400 for it, i paid him and my steering wheel buttons didn't work to control the headunit, he said its impossible and for him to figure it out he would have to charge me again to diagnose it and figure out how to fix it. I recently took it apart myself when i undid the unit, he had not plugged in one of the cables which controls exactly that. Fixed it myself. Very arrogant with ridiculous prices

Both Allen and Arby were super careful and attentive, upon inspecting the car Arby pointed out a little dent and glue residue probably from debris on the freeway that they helped remove.
