A dear friend of mine was recently shamed for her weight the second she walked into this boutique. After her experience I refuse to walk into this shame of an establishment.
Maybe instead of answering people's posts, with generic, accusing replies, the situation should be evaluated and looked into. Obviously many people are offended by the actions of an employee. Whether or not that's true (which I'm sure it is), maybe the appropriate thing to do is reach out and apologize for the experience of a customer. Terrible customer service! Especially when the manager is calling the customer a liar instead of apologizing for what happened. Never never shop there. I don't even want the generated response all of my sisters got. It's not worth the time.
Regardless of if this incident happened or not, the owner of this store should NOT say that this was a lie. If anything, the owner should be apologizing. This is making the owner seem class-less and extrememly rude. Will not be shopping here!!!!
Regardless of what sizes you may carry, a customer being disrespected by an employee when WALKING IN is bad business. What you decide to carry in your store is your business- but try to teach your employees basic human courtesies.
