They don’t care. Bad communication. Uncomfortable experience. I was so uncomfortable I left and they stopped me at the door to make sure I paid ? For an appointment I didn’t even end up having because of them. That’s so strange.
Listed on Anthem HMO as in network but when you call they say they aren’t. Get removed from the list then??
