UPDATE, while I liked Dr Sneeds approach in some ways, it was a wasted apt as she didn’t address my concerns/wants. Of course I guess her hands are tied with insurance but there should have been a push to help me. Now, I will address the intake and nurse was not very pleasing. They constantly got what I was explaining to them wrong, I had to repeat all of my concerns multiple times. That doesn’t sit well when they don’t listen. This is my mother's experience with Dr. Sneed. First of all my mother was 87 and had severe incontinents problems when she was recommended to go to Dr. Sneed. She was told by Dr Sneed she would see immediate improvement from the Bladder Sling Procedure. Before the procedure I, her son personally heard Dr.Sneed tell my mother sitting by her bedside she would see "Immediate Improvement" in her incontence. I called the location to get a second opinion. The lady that answered really didn’t act like she worked there so maybe it was a switch board but I know of 3 people who have seen her for a procedure and the lady told me Dr Sneed doesn’t do that surgery. She told me I needed to call a different office. I spent 30 minutes on this phone call. I told the lady if this is how the office works, I didn’t want to see them.

I had a procedure done today in Dr Snead’s office. Christina performed the testing and she was very gentle and patient with me. Natalie assisted and was also very kind. I did not have any wait time, and went right in at my appointment time. I am very happy with all my past and current appointments at this office.
