As we bought a spec home, we didn’t really go around to see homes. For me personally, I like to drive and see properties before actually making appointments (if possible) to not waste both our times. Megan was always available when I called and would always answer all my questions. I would definitely use her again.

Megan was great to work with. She made the process of finding tenants for our rental property easy and straightforward. Communication was always quick and clear, and she kept us updated every step of the way. She was proactive, handled everything professionally, and helped us find reliable tenants. Really appreciate her help and would definitely work with her again.

Our experience with Megan was outstanding! She was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, and her energetic and positive attitude was much appreciated. For us, most of the process was done remotely and Megan went above and beyond to go over to the house to take care of things for us several times without hesitation. She also supplied us with many great contacts for insurance, inspections and the like. We would recommend her without reservation.

I first discovered her on YouTube and immediately appreciated her professional style and clear explanation of all the costs involved in buying a home. I knew my husband would love her straightforward approach—no “fluff”! She’s upbeat, gets things done, and follows through on every detail. Her negotiating skills and dedication make her a phenomenal realtor. We highly recommend her!
