I usually never review, however I am very very very very disappointed with this provider, appointements are hard to get to and when you actually get to the appointment i am asked to prioritize only one issue per visit, and no test / evaluation. Being a primary provider atleast make an effort to prioritize the patient care.
Dr Cox has been my primary doctor for over a year now and I’m very happy. She listens and works with my on my plan of care. Office has been very kind as well.
Dr. Cox is very kind and attentive. I appreciate that she takes the time to answer questions thoroughly.
Terrible communication. Felt rushed. After receiving my lab results online, I was not given information on what they meant. A lay person as myself wouldn't know what any of that meant without communication from the Dr. After waiting 11 months for a very important appointment, I received a call from her office stating that it was canceled because she went on vacation.
