While I cannot say I enjoyed my visit, the care I received was excellent. The staff explained what was going to happen and what to explect. The doctor came in before the surgery and again went over everything and made sure I had all questions and concerns answered. I would recommend.
Dr. Chan and her team made me feel very at ease. Every part of the procedure was explained in appropriate detail. It was very evident my care was of the utmost importance to this team.
Everyone was so friendly and it went so smoothly.
Getting a colonoscopy is never an enjoyable experience, but OSU was great. Everything was very efficient and thorough.
