Megan is nice , Professional and easy to work with. She will always give you space to make your own decision. she was never impatient, although we never needed to see many houses. she always showed up on time and was respectful to all of us . she did move quickly When time was up for buying house and during negotiation process .

Megan Parr helped us sell our home for a top dollar price (over asking), but first she helped us get it ready for sale. If you look up concierge realtor in the dictionary, you will see Megan Parr’s picture!!! Wow...just wow. I cannot say enough positive things to describe Megan Parr. Megan not only helped me and my wife to find our dream home, but she was able to do so for for under the asking price. Not an easy task in this market, especially for new construction.
