Megan had the challenging task of finding us a new home after being in one for 28 years. It took some time, as we were picky about what we wanted. Megan also educated us about appraisals, financing and negotiations. She responded to our changing locations and styles quickly and gave us hundreds of options online. When it came to crunch time, Megan set us up to get the deal, with a reasonable but winning strategy. She is part of the above and beyond Jane Lee team who helped us sell and buy a home very smoothly.

I don't often give reviews - I've found most vendors, reps, etc., that we've worked with through the years have been adequate - but not outstanding. When I have had a chance to work with someone who is, I will give a review, and that's why I'm writing this now. My wife and I have a home in Phoenix, but we're originally from the Chicago area- and lived in unincorporated Lake County near Mundelein and Hawthorn Woods for years.
