UNBELIEVABLE! I scheduled an appointment for 8AM today through their stupid AI phone system yesterday at 4:20PM since you can't talk to a real person! Just for us to show up today and NO ONE is here! Why they list their hours as 8am-6pm is beyond me. I was here at 8:05AM and the door is locked, lights are off and no one is here to help me. I am so anxious with dental already, my husband came here once and loved it, MUST BE MY LUCK! The best they could do is make me wait 3 hours to be seen at 1130AM.
Had some extractions done, Dr Nick was very kind and understanding, definatly going back for other issues.
