TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE OFFICE STAFF UPFRONT IS VERY RUDE!! THE GIRL WITH BROWN HAIR AND GLASSES HAS NO RESPECT FOR PATIENTS AND WHATS GOING ON IN PEOPLES LIVES. IF I COULD RANK A "0", I WOULD BASED ON JUST THAT MEAN GIRL THAT IS THE CSR. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER ESPECIALLY WORKING WITH PEOPLE. SHE SEEMS LIKE SHE WAS NEVER TOUGHT RESPECT AND EVEN WAS UGLY TO OTHER STAFF! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! JUST MEAN, MEAN, UGLY, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, HER NAME IS ASHLEY! JUST A VERY ROTTEN PERSON!!!!!!
Dr. O is great! She’s the best doctor! She takes her time and listens, she’s so knowledgeable and helpful. UH is lucky to have her, I’m thankful to have found such an amazing family doctor! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
If you want a doctor to take you serious I highly recommend going here. I recently just started seeing Dr. O, her and her staff are so kind and really listen to what’s going on. Dr is very fast on letting you know results and getting you to feel better quickly.
