Very pleased with my visit. Attentive and she answered all of my questions.
The people were great. From beginning to end,everything was well done. There is one thing that bothers me. It has nothing to do with the people at the office. There billing dept. I have another appointment in 6 weeks. They are already requesting my co pay. A lot can happen between mpw and then. Maybe it's just me,but I find that rude.
Megan Olekszyk,PA-C ,office staff and her assistant that was assigned to my care yesterday September 8th at 3:00pm was very courteous and professional, cleanliness was great,she explained everything to step by step before proceeding to take out the stitches even before she called in Dr.Olekszyk to remove a couple harder ones, I really appreciate this decision on her part showing she cared about Me.I wish I remembered her name.
