Ordered wallpaper. The delivery date came and passed, no updates. Called the store multiple times, promises to get back to me went unanswered. When I did have the opportunity to speak with a teammate, they really couldn’t have cared less about the experience I was having. At this price point, customer service is a mandate not an option.
I’ve shopped with the Megan Molton Shop multiple times over the years and have really come to appreciate not just the beautiful pieces, but the personalized design help they offer. The styling service is free—which is amazing—and honestly, it’s been a total lifesaver for me. I love a well-styled space, but pulling it all together on my own has never been my strong suit. Fantastic experience! I’m sure we were a smaller client for Megan and her team, but they delivered exactly what we were looking for and stayed on budget. I would absolutely use Megan again, and highly recommend her services. She even went so far as to source different vendors to get me the best price on a piece I couldn’t live without. Megan and her team are simply the best! I’ve been working with them for years, and they always bring such creativity and professionalism to everything they do. I love stopping by the shop—everyone is welcoming, and it’s always a fun experience. The flower bar is my favorite!! I bring in my own vase and they help me design arrangements that are perfect for the season. It’s thoughtful touches like that that keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
