I have no problem with the individual doctors, but it is impossible to reach by phone. Sometimes, you need to speak with the office where your child gets care. I have called four times and pressed all the buttons. Unworkable and frustrating. I feel forced to go to urgent care instead of the office where we are established patients. System needs fixed, hope this helps make that happen for the next parent who tried to reach child’s doc during office hours.
