Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They keep their door locked and front desk don’t even answer phones!!! They are rude, arrogant and Down right obnoxious to their Patients!!! I was fortunate enough to find another physician so I left as quickly as possible but when the new doctor’s office requested my visit notes and lab reports, they were given the run around again and again!!! I have never seen a place like this ..Worst customer service. Receptionist is very rude, she can be little more friendly with the patients.
