I called in April 2025 to book an appointment and the earliest they had was September 9th 2025 so I took that one. This morning, August 25th I get a voicemail from Kirsten the receptionist that she’s cancelling my appointment. When I returned her call she was rude and had no empathy for the situation. I called and scheduled an appointment for September 2025 months in advance. I received a text message August 2025 that it needed to be rescheduled. When I called to reschedule the receptionist was very rude and informed me the earliest I could get in was February, possibly March, 2026. When I asked for the office manager I was told she's out of the office for the week, her name was Melissa, and that "she won't return your call, I'm just being honest". Loved her so much. The whole practice is great. As a new mom they made me feel so comfortable loved all the ladies at this office. Would recommend over and over !
I found Dr Megan Weatherhead on the internet. I’m so glad I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival the office building is clean and safe. At check in the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the office was very nice. It has a beautiful fish tank. Monique her PA brought me to the exam room. She was so friendly and professional.
