I called in April 2025 to book an appointment and the earliest they had was September 9th 2025 so I took that one. This morning, August 25th I get a voicemail from Kirsten the receptionist that she’s cancelling my appointment. When I returned her call she was rude and had no empathy for the situation. I was trying to explain that making me wait until next year after I waited 5 months for my appointment was ridiculous. I called and scheduled an appointment for September 2025 months in advance. I received a text message August 2025 that it needed to be rescheduled. When I called to reschedule the receptionist was very rude and informed me the earliest I could get in was February, possibly March, 2026. When I asked for the office manager I was told she's out of the office for the week, her name was Melissa, and that "she won't return your call, I'm just being honest". Dr. Weatherhead is amazing! I was feeling really nervous before my visit and she sat and talked with me to make sure I was calm. She reassured me that everything was okay and I felt very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone and I’m glad I am under the care of an awesome doctor.
