Ms. Long was clear, friendly, and professional. She seemed to be invested in finding me the best policy, and had no problem repeating information for me when the numbers began to jumble. Probably the best part of the experience though, was the thought and care she put in to speaking to my 10 year old who was with me, answering his questions with the same care as she did mine, and explaining to him the way things worked.
