Not the same doc she used to be. I completely stopped going to for women's because of the way she treated me the last time I was seen. Not compassionate , almost annoyed by your presence, like your appointment is an inconvenience to her. Also made false diagnosis in my mychart , said my parents didn't love me and that I struggled with homelessness (both untrue) aren't you an OBGYN ? When there is an issue Megan Kessler can't be contacted. I was ignored via mychart for a month. After a month of trying to communicate with her nurse blocking me. I reach out again after two months of this ongoing issue. To get a message stating I should go elsewhere as they saw I made an appointment with someone else. This is true. I made it as I need a back up OB obviously my current one is refusing to communicate . This was put in place as a back up plan. I communicated. I saw her many years ago and she was amazing. Sadly, she is not the same doctor she used to be. I am quite heartbroken. She does not hear you when you talk, the office staff is not the same at all. Says one thing at one appointmentand ask an entire different way at the next. I did not feel seen. I did not feel valued. Definitely do not recommend.
Does not listen to her patients. I told her particular medication's had negative side effects and she continued to put me on the same type of medication. When the same side effects occurred she told me I could deal with the side effects or stop taking the medication. I'm unsure the point of even seeing her if this is her viewpoint.
