If you have health issues other than a cold or basic issues, do not go to this doctor. She thinks she can handle all and she cannot. She tried to control my sister's thyroid issues saying she can do it but if you do not have an endocrinology degree then, NO, POSITIVELY NO YOU CANNOT TREAT THYROID DISEASE. This is nothing to play with and she thinks she can by just adjusting your dose up or down. Nope, Nada, Never. She is a very kind, caring and compassionate doctor. She really cares about your health and what she can do to make it better. She has called me many times. She has called my specialists and she has always worked me in when I have needed to be seen. She has saved me many trips from the ER. I'm very appreciative of her.
I made an appt with Dr. McGrath's office over 6 months ago to get in for an appointment because I needed a new primary care doctor. The office waited until 10 days before my appointment to call me and inform me the appointment was cancelled and that they no longer take my insurance. When I called back and said I was returning a call from a voicemail I recieved, I was rudely greeted by someone going "Well, did you listen to the voicemail?"
