Office staff is absolutely atrocious incompetent and could care less lm calling on behalf of the Collegeville location. I called to request a referral five days ago, it’s still not in the system, I called back today and they have absolutely zero record of anything. They don’t care they don’t do their job and they pass it on to everyone else. Healthcare is atrocious. I hope this happens to them one day. I’m removing myself from the practice and I’m not sure why they even have a job!! Awful!
So sad Megan left the family practice, great care and takes the time to listen. Any company is lucky to have her!
